These are general terms for use of this website. Paid projects are governed by the proposal, statement of work, invoice terms or other written agreement accepted for that project. If there is a conflict, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about Rhema Designers and our services. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or misuse forms and communication channels.

2. Information on this website

We try to keep information accurate and useful, but website content is general and may change. Project examples, descriptions and estimated timelines are illustrative and are not a binding offer, guarantee or quotation.

3. Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, pricing, payment milestones, revisions, client responsibilities, intellectual property arrangements, launch conditions and support are defined in the written proposal or agreement for each project. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or change approval.

4. Client materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for text, images, logos, fonts, data, media and other materials they provide for a project. Unless agreed otherwise, clients are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of their published content.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership and licences for project deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement and full payment conditions. Rhema Designers retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable know-how, frameworks, methods and materials unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, payment providers or other services. Those providers have their own terms, pricing and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by third-party services outside our control.

7. External links and portfolio

This website links to client and third-party sites for reference. We do not control their current content or availability. Portfolio references describe work associated with Rhema Designers but may not represent every later modification made to a site.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rhema Designers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website. Liability relating to paid services is subject to the specific project agreement and applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these website terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update is subject to the current published version.
