A few useful answers before we start.
Every project is different, so the final scope always lives in the agreed proposal. These answers explain how we generally work.
What kind of websites do you build?
We build business websites, redesigns, landing pages, CMS-driven sites and specialised digital experiences. The exact scope is agreed before the project starts so the site is designed around your organisation, audience and goals.
How long does a website project take?
Timelines depend on the size of the site, integrations, content readiness and feedback cycles. A typical small-to-medium business website may take around 2–6 weeks once the required content and approvals are available. Your proposal will include a more specific schedule.
How is pricing decided?
Projects are quoted according to scope, complexity, integrations, content work and ongoing support requirements. We prefer clear project-based proposals rather than a one-size-fits-all package when the requirements differ.
Can you help with domains, hosting and email?
Yes. We can help you choose and configure the appropriate domain, hosting and related services. Wherever practical, important accounts and domain ownership should remain in the client’s name so the organisation retains long-term control.
Do you provide content, images and SEO?
We can help structure website content, prepare suitable visual assets and implement sound on-page SEO foundations. Any specialist copywriting, photography, paid advertising or advanced SEO work can be scoped separately when required.
How do revisions and additional changes work?
The agreed proposal defines the included design and revision scope. Changes that materially expand the approved scope, add new functionality or require substantial rework may be quoted separately before we proceed.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes. Ongoing updates, content changes, troubleshooting and maintenance can be arranged separately. We can also hand over an editable CMS so your team can manage routine content themselves.
Is WorshipPlatform also built by Rhema Designers?
Yes. WorshipPlatform is a premium Windows and Mac church presentation solution developed by Rhema Designers. Building and maintaining our own software product informs how we approach usability, reliability and long-term product thinking in client work.
Ask about your actual project.
A short description is enough to begin.
