Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before work starts
If you need to cancel before substantive project work begins, contact us promptly. Any refundable amount will depend on the accepted proposal, work already performed, planning already completed, reserved capacity and non-recoverable third-party costs.
2. Work already performed
Because design, development, consultation and digital production are time-based and custom services, fees attributable to work already completed are generally not refundable simply because the client later chooses not to use the work.
3. Deposits and milestones
Deposits and milestone payments are applied according to the project agreement. A proposal may identify particular payments as non-refundable where they secure project capacity, cover completed discovery/design work or fund third-party costs.
4. Client cancellation during a project
A client may request cancellation in writing. We will identify completed work, approved commitments and any remaining balance according to the project agreement. Where appropriate, usable work completed up to the cancellation date can be provided after applicable outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Unused prepaid future work
If a client has paid specifically for future work that has not begun and is not subject to a non-refundable commitment, we will review the unused portion in light of the applicable agreement, reserved capacity and any third-party costs.
6. Third-party purchases
Domains, hosting, software licences, subscriptions, advertising, stock assets and other third-party purchases are subject to the provider's own refund and cancellation rules and may be non-refundable.
7. Software products
Purchases of a Rhema Designers software product, including WorshipPlatform, may be governed by separate product-specific licence, trial, payment and refund terms displayed on the relevant product website or during purchase.
8. How to request cancellation
Use the contact page and identify the relevant project or invoice. We will review the request against the applicable proposal, payment history and work completed.
